Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Dynamic Drive Marketing for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users and clients. We may update or revise them from time to time; continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Dynamic Drive Marketing provides a range of design and marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development. Bespoke custom builds, WordPress and Shopify / eCommerce sites, designed and engineered to convert.

- Social Media Marketing. Creative, targeting and management across the platforms that matter to your audience.
- Lead Generation. Campaigns and funnels built to attract, capture and qualify prospective customers.
We reserve the right to modify, add to or discontinue any service at any time. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for your engagement will be defined in your individual contract or proposal.
Payments & Refund Policy
Payments are due as outlined in your individual contract or invoice. Work may be scheduled to begin, or continue, only once the agreed payments have been received.
Deposits are non-refundable. Because a deposit reserves our team’s time and initiates work on your project, it cannot be returned once an engagement has begun.
Completed work is non-refundable. Once a deliverable or phase of work has been completed and delivered, fees for that work are not eligible for refund.
Any refund requests outside of the above are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, taking into account the work performed and costs incurred to date.
Client Responsibilities
To help your project run smoothly, you agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information, and to supply content, materials, feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any content, imagery, logos or materials you provide to us for use in your project.
Please note that delays in providing required content, responses or approvals may delay your project timeline. We are not responsible for missed deadlines that result from such delays.
Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, you receive the rights to the final delivered work created specifically for you under your engagement.
We may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies and marketing materials as a reference of our services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Preliminary concepts, drafts, and any unused or rejected designs and materials remain the property of Dynamic Drive Marketing.
Marketing & Communication Consent
By submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive marketing communications from Dynamic Drive Marketing, including emails, phone calls and SMS text messages, regarding our services and relevant offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of email communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email, or opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Drive Marketing shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to deliver results and follow best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings or performance metrics, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party tools and platforms — including, for example, Google, Meta, hosting providers, content management systems and payment processors. These are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policy changes, or actions of any third-party platform, and any disruption caused by such providers is outside our control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
